Fall Ball Registration now open!

Congratulations to all of our players on a fantastic Spring Season! They worked hard and played with Head, Heart and Hustle all season long!

Westwood Youth Lacrosse is excited to announce that we will again be offering a Fall Ball program for our players.

This year’s program will primarily emphasize scrimmages. At the start of the season, players will be organized into small teams which will play together in scrimmages throughout the season. Each week’s practice will run for 1.5 hours and include a 30-minute skills session and two 30-minute scrimmages.

The Fall season begins the week of Sept. 15, and run through the week of Oct. 27, with one practice per week.

We hope to see you in the Fall!

P.S. If you have a friend who would like to try lacrosse, Fall Ball is open to new players who are entering grades 3-8 in the Fall, so feel free to invite them to join us!

MBYLL Sportsman of the Week!

Every week of the season, MBYLL recognizes one player and one coach as it's MBYLL Sportsmen of the Week.

This week - the award went to one of our very own, sixth-grade midfielder/attackman Jack Roycroft!

Jack was nominated by his coach for his selfless play, and when his team's goalie got injured, Jack stepped up to play goal for his team with a smile on his face and a positive attitude!

Along with the recognition on MYBLL.org, Jack received a $50 gift certificate to Dick's Sporting Goods.

Way to go, Jack! Your teammates, coaches, friends, and family are proud of you for this well-deserved honor!
